FAQ
What RT students ask before signing up.
Is AxialProgress really free?
Yes. AxialProgress is free for radiology students, with no trial period and no credit card required. We may add paid features for programs or graduates later, but the student comp tracker stays free.
Is AxialProgress affiliated with the ARRT?
No. We're an independent product built for radiology students. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the ARRT or any program. We just try to make tracking your comps less painful.
What patient information do you store?
None. AxialProgress has no fields for patient names, MRNs, dates of birth, or any identifying information. By design, you can't accidentally enter PHI here. Your account is your training record, not a patient's chart.
Will my program accept this as my official record?
That depends on your program. AxialProgress is great for tracking your progress in real time and seeing exactly what's left, but most programs require their own official tracker. Use AxialProgress alongside it so you always know where you stand.
Can my program director or instructor see my logs?
Not unless you choose to share them. Your account is yours. Sharing and program-side views are on the roadmap, but they'll always be opt-in.
Can I import logs from another tracker?
Bulk CSV import is on the roadmap. For now you can log new comps in seconds, and exporting your data as CSV is coming soon so you're never locked in.
What happens to my data after I graduate?
It stays in your account as long as you want it to. You can export everything to CSV, or delete your account at any time and we'll wipe your data.
I found a bug or have an idea. How do I tell you?
The contact form goes straight to us and we read every message. AxialProgress is being built with student feedback, so if something is missing or broken, we want to hear about it.
